“In my opinion, while the location is superb, near both downtown and the Medina, there are a few kinks to work out to achieve a seamless five-star experience. The design blends contemporary with Moroccan tradition, but some amenities need attention. Still, the rooftop bar stands out, promising views that capture the spirit of Marrakesh.”

Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests consistently appreciate the spacious and well-designed rooms, some featuring large balconies, and find the hotel's location convenient for accessing the city center by car or a short taxi ride to the Centre. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide array of options, and the heated pool and spa area are frequently mentioned as spotless and enjoyable. While most find it to be excellent value, some guests have occasionally noted issues with noise levels. There is also a chill out rooftop restaurant serving very good food, where there is a show available.

underwhelming stay, issues with the room

poor soundproofing faulty lamp

I found several issues . the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms (this was particularly disruptive at night). there was also a persistent issue with a faulty lamp in the room. It flickered constantly, like an alarm, i reported it, but it was never properly fixed. it made sleep difficult. the hotel needs to invest in better maintenance and soundproofing to improve guest comfort.
