poor soundproofing dirty beds
I found a couple of things disappointing. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear noise from other rooms, hard to sleep. Also , the outdoor swimming pool was not clean. The beds near the pool were dirty too.

underwhelming stay, issues with the room
poor soundproofing faulty lamp
I found several issues . the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms (this was particularly disruptive at night). there was also a persistent issue with a faulty lamp in the room. It flickered constantly, like an alarm, i reported it, but it was never properly fixed. it made sleep difficult. the hotel needs to invest in better maintenance and soundproofing to improve guest comfort.

Fantastic Stay!
private hotel lovely pool spacious bedroom super clean spa
I enjoyed the hotel's privacy with its lovely pool. Breakfast was included and tasted great. The bedroom was spacious and included a clean, roomy bathroom. The heated pool and spa were super clean. Towels were provided (which was convenient). Drinks were available until 11 AM when breakfast service ended.

The hotel features two swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors. Both pools are well maintained. I saw that the outdoor pool area has twenty loungers available for guest use. The spa area includes a heated pool and offers towel service.

The hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to various attractions in the area. I noticed a shopping center nearby, easily accessible for daily needs and shopping. The city center is also only a short drive away.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to guest needs. The reception desk offers smooth check-in services (the team. Daily housekeeping kept my room very clean.

breakfast buffet attentive service
The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices. The staff was attentive to guests' needs in the dining area. I found this attentive service quite lovely.
The outdoor pool water was a bit cold, I didn't feel very comfortable.
